Process

Five steps from inquiry to shipment.

  1. Requirements & quotation

    Send us the model, target market, quantity and customization list. We reply with a quotation, MOQ and lead time.

  2. Design & sampling

    We prepare the logo, colour and packaging mock-ups and a sample for your approval. New structures follow the in-house design and mold process.

  3. Validation & trial run

    Pre-production trial to validate fit, function and appearance before mass production.

  4. Mass production & QC

    Production on our lines with AQL-based inspection and function testing.

  5. Shipment & support

    Export packing, shipping documents and after-sales follow-up.

MOQ depends on the model and the level of customization. The tiers below show how it scales; exact figures are confirmed in your quotation.

Tier 1 – Standard model + your brand

Existing model with your logo and/or custom packaging.

Tier 2 – Customized specification

Custom colours, battery capacity options, silicone accessories, accessory sets.

Starts from 500 pcs; may be higher depending on the options chosen*.

Tier 3 – ODM / new structure

New product design or structural change with new molds.

MOQ and lead time set per project*. Programmes from 500 pcs, scalable to 100,000+ pcs.
